Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an Account Manager who takes ownership of customer relationships and acts as a bridge between our clients and engineering team. The role involves working closely with both technical and business stakeholders, translating customer needs into clear requirements, and managing multiple topics in parallel in a structured and proactive way. A strong interest in financial systems and digital transformation is expected, along with the ability to operate in an international environment alongside both customers and developers.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage relationships with Simbuka’s customers;
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, especially engineering;
- Understand customer needs and translate them into clear requirements for the development team;
- Follow up on ongoing projects, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and delivery;
- Communicate product capabilities and guide customers in using the platform effectively;
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports;
- Keep structured records of customer interactions and project status;
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and expand usage of the platform;
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs;
- Deliver presentations, product demos, and training sessions when needed.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any field);
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Ability to understand and translate customer needs into clear requirements;
- Structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple topics and projects in parallel;
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility;
- Interest in financial systems and digital solutions;
- Comfortable working in an international environment;
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus;
- Experience working with software products or technical teams is a strong advantage.
